No one pays to be here
No facility — and no vendor — pays to be listed, ranked, or featured on this site. Ever. Every facility is ordered by public data, full stop. We accept no placement fees and no referral fees from anyone.
We will never:
- Take per-placement or referral fees from facilities — we're never paid for which home you choose.
- Sell sponsorship or pay-to-play rankings — listings are ordered by public records, not by who pays.
- Put the care directory, facility data, or benefits guides behind a paywall — the information families need stays free and open.
We are not a placement agency or referral service, and we are not affiliated with WA DSHS or CMS. We organize public records; the official record always governs.
What I do, and how that connects
I'm Justin Cicero, a Managing Broker with Real Broker LLC — Washington's highest real estate credential, not an entry-level license. For over 20 years I've helped Eastside families through some of the most emotionally complex moves of their lives.
This site is simply me being useful to families navigating senior care. The intent is service and value. If, as a byproduct, a family I've helped later wants assistance with a home — selling, downsizing, or figuring out how to fund care — and chooses me as their broker, I'm compensated for that real estate work. That's the model, and now you know it.

Many families hit the same hard question: how do we pay for care? Often the answer involves the family home — whether to sell, keep, rent, downsize, or borrow against it. As a licensed broker, that's where I can genuinely help — and it's completely optional, never required to use anything on this site.

If we ever add another way to support the site
It will never be paid placement, ranking, or featuring — that's permanent. Anything else would be non-facility, clearly labeled, and disclosed right here.
